      I placed an order on March 19th; you received my money the very next day but to this date no email as to when my order will be shipped. Your site says 7 to 15 days I should have it but that hasn’t happened either. At this point I would like a full refund immediately!

      Who actually owns this company and why don’t you show your faces under the “Who we are” tab? The description you provided was very vague in terms of explaining who you are? Transparency is important when buying online.
