When we ship your package the email address you registered on our website will receive a notification from Queenfy.com. In order to track the package we offer tracking sites for each shipping method.

Regarding American Line, if you find the a number starting with IB, this is not the tracking number but the package number. To find the correct tracking number, please input the IB number into the link and the tracking number will appear in red as per the picture.
